Guest guest Posted March 16, 2006 Report Share Posted March 16, 2006 what is the reasoning for eating 1 hr after workouts? i've looked everywhere in my book (i have the bfl for women book--i bought it b/c the exercises in the back all just need a set of dumbbells--which is what i have--so it's more helpful for planning workouts...). is it an hour after cardio? weights? both? why? thanks! elizabeth --------------------------------- Bring photos to life!
