Guest guest Posted June 9, 2007 Report Share Posted June 9, 2007 Hi everyone: I haven't posted in a while but I have come across a dilemma. I used to be an avid exerciser using DVDs and videos. A month ago I fell from an 8 foot ladder and broke my heel. I can't walk for a good while. I was wondering if anyone can suggest some exercises that I can do to keep in shape? I know I can do upper body and abs. I am just trying to figure out how to get some cardio in without being able to walk or bear weight on my foot. Any suggestions? Thanks!
