Guest guest
Hi Snoopie, I hope I didnt give you a 4 week freakout!! If you are losing fat and sticking to the program as described, then BFL is working for you!! Personally, I have fewer cravings for junk and just feel really, really sick if I pig out on free days now. Any cravings I have are usually for healthy carbs like: oatmeal with raisins, or whole wheat waffles, mangoes, bananas. But that's just me. It doesnt mean that BFL isnt working for you. I had a period where I cut back so much during the week (while exercising more than bfl prescribes), so I binged like a freak on free day. I wasnt losing anything, so I was incredibly frustrated. By upping my portions a bit during the week, I didnt fall into a binge on my free day and actually started to lose bf. For me (and this is just me!), I don't crave junk like I used to and I actually crave really healthy foods. I think I've turned into a 'freak'! lol My old pattern wasnt letting me lose anything, because I likely didnt have enough of a calorie defecit every week. My free days were so *extreme*, that it wasnt working. As long as you are progressing, then go for it and enjoy the foods you like!! > > uh oh - I still have MAJOR cravings (and pig out) on my free day after > 4.5 weeks - does this mean it's not working for me?? > > > Will I eventually stop craving things so much? And I will eventually > be able to say no! to temptations? I feel like I have no will > power/self control. I am hoping to learn that thru this program, but > it's hard.
