Guest guest Posted June 12, 2007 Report Share Posted June 12, 2007 ah yes the chinese cowboy. hey, age and weight is no excuse to keep smoking. plus i thought i heard a mention that he wasn't eating. my husband is rather a big fella but he moves his arse and doesn't whine that its too hard or anything like that. i mean i feel really bad for the guy,but i think he is not sharing his health history and that is effecting it. i know this is a competition but anybody that has worked in this type of envrioment KNOWS that communication,teamwork, and honesty really run a kitchen.which brings the point, gordon was right on with "hell's bitches" LOL . i am glad the one who made fun of the girl that worked waffle house is gone. just b/c she was a kitchen manager, doesn't mean she knows how to cook. believe me dh works with them ALL day long. kitchen manager does budgets,schedules, and takes catering orders and makes customers happy, they don't cook(well except dh b/c he is awesome LOL) he did make a point about the little guy,eddie. he couldn't handle taking over his own station and between the two that were up i can see why, but i think he should have picked vinnie over josh. you want somebody that can handle all over the place, like josh, when the chips are down. its what my husband does,cleans up everybody elses mess and picks up their slack when their are catering and college alumni functions. its pretty much like running the restruant at those times. but imagine dh like gordon ramsay and this is what i see when i go over ot the college LOL, but they don't let husbands/wives work in the ktichen together. to bad we can do some damage LOL. kassiafitgrl222@... wrote: Me too, I really liked that little guy.
