Guest guest Posted June 6, 2007 Report Share Posted June 6, 2007 Hi Everyone, I'm still hoping to get all my groups straightened out. FitFirmies seems to be the only one that works. (note to self: I will let my inbox explode next time and just do a mass delete!) I'm going to be patient and hope that eventually catches up and does what I want it to do. I'm definately missing Exercisevideos mail. *SIGH* Today's workout started with T-Tapp Primary Back Stretch to warm-up. I followed up with Jiggle Free Arms (circuit style, alternating cardio and upper body). A good workout lead by , short and sweet at 30 minutes. The exercises were pretty standard, I went as heavy as I could though since I'm not doing as much with weights for this rotation. After the FIRM I did Hip Hugger Abs (Lotte Berk). I've had this one for awhile, but I never spent too much time with it. It isn't one of my favorites, I didn't feel that the exercises were all that unique or difficult. I think Callanetics stomach work is harder and maybe I'll do that next time, or maybe some Pilates. This one was reminiscent of Pilates with some additional isometric twists. I think I prefer Pilates because that also includes some nice stretching work as well and Callanetics is harder. I'll see how it goes for next week. Sometimes these workouts get harder the more you do them because you perfect your form, so I may stick with this one and the other Lotte workouts next week as well. Anyway, hope everyone has a great day.
