sorry I have been absent...have been sick

Sorry I have been absent for almost a week it seems. I

have been sick (again). Today I feel as if I might

survive.

Sunday I went to the ER with a 104 temp and chills,

body aches, sore throat. Yuck.

I am still trying to catch up on all the emails. I

haven't worked out in a 5 days or so either, I can

only imagine how weak I will feel when I get back to

the gym. : (
