Has anyone eaten Fish Jerky?

I would think it might be a good option for the warmer months, when we're

doing outdoorsy things and need light, packable nourishment.

I have. Trader Joe's has salmon jerky and I really like it. However,

it's loaded with sodium. It's for camping and traveling and such.
