Guest guest Posted June 5, 2007 Report Share Posted June 5, 2007 good morning all, for carido i went with kathy smith's cardio fat burner. this is 2-20 min. aerobic segments then can go to gether or stand alone. the first one i have done before and its add-on style until you have a complete routines. she is kind of cooky having more fun in this one. the second one was all new to me. its for interval blocks. you have the choice with staying with the steady state low impact or pump it up for a few minutes with high impact. its very basic aerobic movements but this was a fun challenge for only 20 mins. she was less cooky with this segment. i finished with the 7 min bonus stretch. my buns are sore from yesterday so can't wait to get some yoga in later. tomrrow is rest day but more likely i will do more yoga to stretch all this out. have a great day kassia ldy_solana's domain Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will oneSearch: Finally, mobile search that gives answers, not web links.
