Guest guest
Hi Rainy,I am sorry you had such a rough day. I,too, had a big flare, mostly in my ankles and feet but I got up this morning and the pain is now tolerable. You are so sweet to be thinking of us and our weight problems when you can hardly move. I have lost a total of 7 lbs as of this morning. I thought I might have gained after all my eating of rich foods last weekend, maybe it takes time for all that food to catch up. Now today we have a big family dinner so I will try to avoid large portions of anything(I can say this now while I am not hungry). Guest guest
Tess, It is great that you are making healthier choices! The scale doesn't matter. I hope you decide to join your friends swimming. It is the best exercise for arthritics. Before I started water therapy, my back was so bad that I couldn't put my socks on by myself. I was a wreck. It really is worth the effort. The fact that you have a friend to go with will make it so much easier. I pray you have the courage to try it. Some water classes require a doctor's note, so you may want to check. hugs, a 3/30/02 11:16:59 PM, Tess_St_Pierre@... wrote: > > > Date: Sat, 30 Mar 2002 23:16:59 -0800 (PST) > > From: Tess_St_Pierre@... > Subject:Re: [ ] WC Check-In & Rainy Update > > > > > Dearest Rainy...you are such a sweetie.
