I am on day 5 of week 3 and I had a slight freak out tonite <giggle> thanks to you I am making it through! I tried on a nightgown and caught glimpse of myself in a full length mirror ( I don't have one at home) It looks like I have a cellulite farm on these thighs! I have lost 6 lbs, 2% bodyfat and almost 2 inches so I have made some progress. I am 30 lbs overweight. At the risk of asking an over asking question.....is it realistic to hope to lose all I need to in the 12 weeks of the program?
