dried egg white?

I am having problems with gas and stomach pain, (having taken a megadose of

antibiotic for dental surgery), and my alternative BRT (body restoration

technique) Dr. has me off dairy and bread for 2 weeks, so I am looking at egg

white for protein shakes. n suggested container egg white, but I can't find

it anywhere cheaper than $2/quart and I don't know why, but I'm repulsed by the

idea of eating slimy raw eggwhite in a shake. tho I will try it.

Do you have a preference for Optimum or NOW dried egg white?

How is it in shakes?

C2 W3 D4 not anything much in the way of results STILL, and cleaning up all the

loose ends, eating CLEANER; I did HIIT at 7am today which was HUGE for me; I

have been hating HIIT dreading it, loving the UBWO and LBWO. Eating about

1350-1450 cal/day usually, sometimes 1800cal

I've used Optimum 100% Egg Protein before. It's extra gross plain but

it doctors up nicely in shakes with fruit. I used to make a post

workout shake with egg protein, milk, honey, and banana that totally

rocked. I couldn't drink the egg protein plain though. Blah.

I've never tasted NOW.
