Guest guest Posted March 7, 2006 Report Share Posted March 7, 2006 I just read the FAQ, and damn i'm confused now... Whats this talk about the difference between a 20min cardio solution and HIIT??? I thought its the same thing.. what else is the BFL 20min cardio ohter than interval training??? I want to do this challenge right and have results but boy its confusing. also, according to the eating plan its 6 proteins and 6 carbs...and then an additional 2 portions of veggies? or is 6 carbs of which 2 should come out of the veg group?
