Guest guest Posted May 8, 2007 Report Share Posted May 8, 2007 Jen's Weigh-In for Monday 5/7/07January 1, 2006: *209.8*LAST WEEK'S WEIGHT: 207.6 THIS WEEK'S WEIGHT: 208.6LBS LOST OR GAINED THIS WEEK: GAIN of 1 lbs MILEAGE (based on 1 mile = 15 mins): 16 equiv. milesTOTAL MINUTES OF EXERCISE: 240 minutes 5% Weight Loss Goal:199.3110% Weight Loss Goal: 188.82 Waist Goal: 30 inches ULTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT RANGE: 97 - 123 lbs I gained a pound from last week but I'm not too concerned. I am going to start exercising either today or tomorrow. I really need to build up my strength and stamina before my surgery on June 12th because I won't be able to work out for several weeks following the surgery.
