Evaluating my goals

Hi to all,

On Saturday I am going to do my end of week 4 measurements. I am

quite realistic about it and am not expecting too much, I can feel

that I am firmer and definately a bit stronger and a LOT more

dedicated than I've ever been in my love (maybe somewhat excessive

to people outside the 'BFL Comunity'...they just don't get it)

When I started, this is what i weighed (I did the conversion from kg

to pounds wrong and ended up being 13pounds lighter than what I

realy am as a result)

I weighed 143 pounds, and am at 25% body fat (measured by some thing

in the gym that calibrates through your bicep... don't know what its

called or how accurate it is) and i am 1.73 m tall (i think that is

5.6 " or something)

my goal weight was at 120 pounds, but now after i realised i did the

calculation wrong it is at 128/130 pounds and 15-17% body fat.

Is that reasonable? And further more, should i weigh less than that?

I have to mention though that I started out with poor (almost none)

muscle definition and would like to remedy that... also i don't

think i have a lot of muscle under my 'blubber layer'...

I am pear shaped with very shapeless behind and thighs....

Any help, suggestions or even comments would be greatly appreciated
