I didn't do what was on " schedule " but instead went with one I haven't done very oftne - Breakthru Pilates Sculpt with and . I really enjoyed it and need to make a point to include it in more often. The first part is standing weight work - with some " functional " twists - balance moves, rotational moves, and compound moves. Then it is on to the floor for some Pilates-inspired and core-inspired work for arms, legs, and core. All good stuff! I went a bit heavier than they suggested, using 8's instead of 3's/5's. I'm thinking of abandoning my TLT rotation for these last two weeks of my workout month (the last week of May we'll be away so I won't be getting much of anything done in the way of formal exercise). I may go with doing what strikes my fancy for the day - although right now I'm leaning toward doing more / this week. I enjoy their workouts and the comraderie between them. We'll see though.
