Question about meds

I was wondering about increasing meds. I know I've read when a child

begins on medication, that sometimes the behaviors get worse at first

and then get better (decrease) which can mean the meds are working.

What about when you increase the dosage - will this happen again, the

behaviors get worse before they get better? (And I'm assuming the

dosage is being increased because the OCD was getting worse again and

they weren't at the maximum dosage.)
