Guest guest Posted March 7, 2006 Report Share Posted March 7, 2006 Hi, my name is Maia, I have just finished my third week of the program. My starting weight was 147lbs and 35% body fat. I was absolutely horrified of my before picture, but now it's on my fridge and it helps keep me on track. I have already noticed an amazing difference in my body and my energy. I feel like I've finally got the keys to success. This morning I got on the scale and it read 139.8. WOO-HOO! First time I've been below 140 in a couple of years. I am shooting for a target of 125lbs and below 20% body fat by week twelve. Right now I'm feeling really optimistic. Oh, and By the way, I'm lacto-ovo vegetarian. Anybody with tips on veggie stuff to eat let me know. Anyway, I look forward to hearing all of your stories and being part of this group.
