Guest guest Posted May 23, 2007 Report Share Posted May 23, 2007 Hi, Continuing on with - I did her Strong & Smooth Moves workout today followed by her " Yoga for Relaxation " section from Streamline Fitness. Both Strong & Smooth Moves & Streamline Fitness are on one DVD - it is nice for mixing and matching and it is well chaptered so it is easy to pick and do just what you want. Strong & Smooth Moves is half cardio (mixed impact - style) and half toning (using body bar or weights - style again - so some different twists on the standards, plus very good control and cueing). The yoga section was a nice blend of some standing and seated poses, nothing unusual, but effective to stretch out and relax a bit! Tomorrow I'm going to do her circuit workout using the step. I'll probably switch to no-mail later today as I don't want to come back to 10,000 messages next Friday! Hope everyone has a great day!
