Guest guest Posted March 14, 2006 Report Share Posted March 14, 2006 Hi All I have been back on BFL for 24 weeks now and I have had OK results. I lost about 24lbs, but have another 24 to go! I have done BFL before and lost that much in less than 12 weeks - so needless to say, although my loss is ok, I'm a bit fustrated. Two things changed - I work out at home and I had a baby (who is not 14 months). The previous time I did the challenges I could afford to be tired, overtrained and irritated. Now my mood and energy level is very important. So my question is this: I want to loose the last 25lbs in 12 weeks!! HELP!! , give me a crazy, burnout, almost-puking intense workout that I can do at home. I have a treadmill, bench, SelectTech dumbells, barbell with weights, swiss ball and...hmmm....that's all. I'm 5'8 and 175lbs - so loosing another 25lbs is not crazy. Also, what should my eating be like? Standard BFL, or do you have other ideas??
