Your BF was 35.53%? How much did you drop in one challenge? I'm at 34.2% right

now.

Good for you! I am starting week 11 tomorrow as well - I too am having

trouble with the belly fat. I keep chipping away at it - saw my linea

alba (sp?) the line that runs down the middle of your abs yesterday -

very cool! I still have a lot of fat but my abs feel hard under it and

it is starting to FINALLY melt away. This week I increased to 2 20-

min. cardio sessions per day. On weight days, I do a 20 min. session

AFTER weights then another one later in the day. All in all, I've only

gone down a few pounds on the scale since I started, but my overall BF%

has gone down (I had a LOT of fat to lose - 35.53% is what I started

at!). I am going to start another challenge right after this one and

should be pretty buff by the end of that one.

I still have my free day, but I don't go crazy. I have found that I

LIKE eating clean and only throw a couple of " bad " choices in on my

free day. You still need to eat what you want at least ONE day per

week! Hang in there - you are doing GREAT!
