Guest guest Posted March 6, 2006 Report Share Posted March 6, 2006 I didn't actually WATCH the s....but I just pulled up my page and the show a whole bunch of still photos, dresses, hairstyles, jewerly, etc....but really....is this OUR idea of beauty? Yeah, the faces are beautiful...the the bodies looked all gaunt, and skinny shoulders popping out with clavicles and backbones...(The starvation method of dieting???)the one main HEALTHY looking woman that I was saw Jada Pinkett ...She is SOLID...and looks good...a lot of these women were looking like they didn't eat for quite awhile... They eat! LOL The biggest challenge here and the SINGLE most important thing you can learn on BFL, is how to fall and get back up. Everybody falls. Everybody makes mistakes. Some people cry and kick themselves and eat Cheetos and quit, and some people dust themselves off and keep going like nothing happened. Your mind is the enemy, not the food you ate. Those calories won't have any impact on your final results but your attitude certainly will. Did anybody watch the s last night when Garner walked across the stage in her beautiful gown, slipped, and almost fell on her butt??
