I don't remember seeing this yesterday, but of course I was busy with my racing and did quick glances at the emails all day.I still haven't gotten through all of them, but I like the music so far. All of them are fun and the time flies by so it's not a drag. I know many have done them as add ons to other workouts. Several of them have additional footage to learn other dance moves so when you go to the club and want to get your groove on you'll have some moves to do it with. Some folks don't like all his chatter, but I've had it on the music louder option from the gate and it pretty much drowns him out so I don't know what he's really saying (I have a mono TV BTW). I have a dance background so I think that helps me to pick it up without having to hear whatever he's saying. The only thing you can't do much to avoid is his lifting up his shirt, for some they find it distracting as much as they like the view :)

LOL! No, I was doing it with some coworkers but due to our work schedule changing we all dropped out again. Every time we try to do it as a group something happens. On 5/28/07, kris alcs <chromechairs@...> wrote:

hi kris -- it has been tough :( ive been feeling pretty depressed.

so i slept alot yesterday and last night and i feel a bit better

today. thankyou for asking about me. the kids seem ok.

concerning hip hop abs... i watched the infomerical this morning

while i was on the elliptical. it looks like a fun workout... good

production quality. however, i dont think that i can do it because

of all of the fast tucking action... that will kill my lower back, i

just know it! i can leave those tucks out of turbo jam, but since

they are the basis of HHabs, it doesnt look like it would suit me.

also, im not keen on dancy workouts, i can never get the

steps/moves down. but if you can do that tucking stuff and like to

follow choreographed dances, then go for it!

:*carolyn.

It will only get better with time i know that sounds soooo cliched but just hang in there and work your butt off on that eliptical :)As for the tucking thing. I don't tuck when i do TJ cept for the tuck and release move. I looked at it with shaun t's hha and i dunno i think it could be done without tucking. Just won't get as much of the ab workout? I'm looking at it for cardio right now. Perhaps when i get stronger i can tuck and get the abs benefit? What do u think?I have so much actual fat to lose before any muscle definition will ever show. Although i know i need ot build muscle to burn more fat - cardio is my main priority right now. (with some strength but mainly cardio) do u think getting HHA just for the cardio would be a good idea? I used ot hate 'dancey' workouts but i based it on dance off the inches calorie blasting party and i'm not sure i would still hate that now if i go back to it...hm. whoa i rambled there.LOLHave a good one
