Tuesday evening workout- Cardio Kicks

This evening I did Cardio Kicks. I left out the intensity drills. I was trying to stay close to my 30 minute range. The workout was 45 minutes total and I burned 337 calories. I have to say that this workout is one of my favorites of any floor cardio workout I own. I love using the intensity drills as an add on to other workouts too.

Tomorrow is legs. Still thinking on that one.
