I can't do what's described in the book, but I can do one of these: M: UBW T: LBW W: UBW (rotating to 2 LBW the following week) Th-Sa: cardio OR M-Sa: small splits on the body (3-4 muscle groups per day) w/ cardio on 3 days Pros v. cons?
