Wednesday morning workout- yoga/biceps

This morning I did 10 minute Yoga Solution (buns & thighs) then did Pure Strength and CTX biceps.

Pure Strength:

bar bell curls- 30 lbs ( 1 set) 25 lbs ( 1 set)

seated alternating curls- 15 lbs ( 2 sets)

bar bell negative curls- 25 lbs ( 2 sets)

concentration curls- 12 lbs ( 2 sets)

CTX:

barbell crazy 8's- 20 lbs (my biceps are wimpy) (2 sets)dumbbell alternating curls 12 lbs ( 2 sets) 10 lbs (2 sets)concentration curls- 10 lb (1 set)

This evening I have Leaner Legs scheduled, but I'm getting so burnt out. I don't know whether to push through and finish it out (only have this last time) or do something different. hmm
