Guest guest Posted March 9, 2006 Report Share Posted March 9, 2006 In reducing my sodium intake to 1000mg then 500mg on 5 days before and increasing my protein portions, what are low sodium protein choices? My favs are grilled chicken (300mg/serving), cottage cheese (430mg/serving) & tuna (310mg/serving), EAS Shakes (220mg/serving). 9 servings on day 5 = approx. 2700mg and 10 = approx. 3000mg. In your opinion, what would be my best bet to get in all the protein I need the 5 days before without going over the sodium restrictions?
