Wednesday/Rest

Today is a rest day. It's a good thing because I'm pretty sore, I must

have spoken too soon yesterday when I said I didn't think the workout

was that hard. LOL! I did a lot of chest, shoulder & tricep work the

past 2 days and now I'm feeling it! It's a good sore!

I was hoping to do Power Yoga but DD has a short day, as if 2 1/2 hours

was long to begin with, some teacher thing going on. Anyway the

weather is decent so we'll probably just go outside and build a snowman.
