Guest guest
Hey n, I started taking the flax oil a few days ago and it worked overnight for me. You said don't count it in the calories? How come? Rebekah > > Just a quick note to thank whoever it's been who had posted about using > these to help with digestion. Guest guest
Flax does it for me. > > Now I'm trying to determine if it's the combination that works, or > if it's primarily one of the two. Guest guest
I'd rather that it be the flaxoil. So I'm starting to phase out the FIber One, and then I'll know. n At 06:12 PM 3/9/2006, you wrote: >Flax does it for me. > > > >

Guest guest
1 soupspoon of Barleans flaxoil - yes, I take it straight. With a water chaser. And I don't bother putting it under my tongue. 1-2-3 and it's done Fiber One.... I've been playing with 1/2 cup to 1 cup; I have it on top of my nightly cottage cheese and fruit. marion At 02:55 PM 3/9/2006, you wrote: >How much of each are you taking? Guest guest
I also take flax oil daily, usually 1 TB in the morning and one at night. My skin gets so dry this time of year, and I find it really helps. I actually don't mind the taste too much, I either take it with a water or orange juice chaser. --- rebekkerr2003 <rebekkerr2003@...> wrote: > You take it straight?! Guest guest
I mix it with a protein shake or something. Can't imagine taking it straight with a chaser, though. Just the thought sends shivers up my spine! > > > You take it straight?! Guest guest
Maggie, glad to know I'm not alone! 1-2-3 and it's done. I'm still waiting to see positive effects on my skin - I'm hoping hoping hoping it will help my rosacea. n At 12:08 AM 3/10/2006, you wrote: >I also take flax oil daily, usually 1 TB in the >morning and one at night. Guest guest
When I first started taking flax oil, I had bad exczema. I think the flax oil along with daily zinc (and a healthy diet and exercise) really help me keep it at bay. I only have mild outbreaks every now and then. --- n <mtpaper@...> wrote: > Maggie, glad to know I'm not alone! > 1-2-3 and it's done. > I'm still waiting to see positive effects on my skin > - I'm hoping hoping > hoping it will help my rosacea. > n > __________________________________________________
