Hey n,

I started taking the flax oil a few days ago and it worked overnight

for me. You said don't count it in the calories? How come?

I'd rather that it be the flaxoil. So I'm starting to phase out the FIber

One, and then I'll know.

1 soupspoon of Barleans flaxoil - yes, I take it straight. With a water

chaser. And I don't bother putting it under my tongue. 1-2-3 and it's done

Fiber One.... I've been playing with 1/2 cup to 1 cup; I have it on top of

my nightly cottage cheese and fruit.

I also take flax oil daily, usually 1 TB in the

morning and one at night. My skin gets so dry this

time of year, and I find it really helps. I actually

don't mind the taste too much, I either take it with a

water or orange juice chaser.

I mix it with a protein shake or something. Can't imagine taking it

straight with a chaser, though. Just the thought sends shivers up

my spine!

Maggie, glad to know I'm not alone!

1-2-3 and it's done.

I'm still waiting to see positive effects on my skin - I'm hoping hoping

hoping it will help my rosacea.

When I first started taking flax oil, I had bad

exczema. I think the flax oil along with daily zinc

(and a healthy diet and exercise) really help me keep

it at bay. I only have mild outbreaks every now and

then.
