I am feeling a little overwhelmed and nervous about sticking to the diet part. I have done Body for Life 2 times before--once after each child--and the first time I did it right and got right back into shape, but was hungry the whole time. The second time I gave up because I was even hungrier the whole time. I am just finishing weaning my third baby and I am committed to doing it right. Any thoughts on how to keep from being hungry? I get so confused because he says to use your palm and fist as portion sizes and yet 2 slices of bread and a can of tuna (for example) are way bigger than my palm and fist--but I can't imagine eating less than that!!!
