Hi! I just joined :) I began the 12 week challenge on Monday 2/20 and

I feel great! (The scale is even down 5 lbs, must be water but it

still is exciting) Our oldest son died in June and I packed on 30 lbs

in about 2 months after that, the way I was eating I am surprised it

wasn't more. I have a couple of questions 1: I am not going to use

Sunday as my free day but Tuesday isn't b/c that is date night for DH

and me, should I exercise on Sunday and then take the day off exercise

on Tuesday? 2: Some days I am still hungry even though I have eaten

all my meals, should I just ignore the hunger or eat something small?

3: My cardio wasn't so great this morning should I just call it a loss

or try to make up for it with more cardio?
