Guest guest Posted May 9, 2007 Report Share Posted May 9, 2007 This morning I did Rodney Yee Intermediate Yoga. I did the Sun Salutations and the standing poses. Then I did CTX shoulders. I have to say, I just don't get much out of doing one or even 2 body parts unless I am really working them for a while. I went as heavy as I could with shoulders, but I didn't feel that burnt out feeling at the end. I also didn't sore from the bi's and tri's yesterday. I don't guess you should get sore every time, but personally, I like to. I will finish this week out, but I might be going back to my first one body part rotation I did last week. Actually, that might be good that I'm going really hard one week and lighter the next. I hate when I can't get a rotation down right. I hope you all have good days todaySee what's free at AOL.com.
