Wed evening workout- Leaner Legs

This evening I changed what I had planned. I had planned to do CTX Kick Box, but my left knee was bothering me and I just didn't feel like doing all that jumping. I decided to do Leaner Legs. I had this workout planned for Saturday, but I was glad I did it instead of the kick box. I wore my HRM and I burned 318 calories (how cool is that for not doing cardio?)

LL is a tough workout. The sit and stands and those lunges using the bar bell really got me.
