I had my endometrial ablation 10 days ago and since then, i tell you,

i have not stopped eating! OM goodness.. popcorn a lot, cookies and

donuts and muffins at work.. and of course, no exercise.

To be frank, I'm not regretting it. I know i'll be back on track soon

(a week?) but I'm finding it hard to convince myself to eat clean. I

mean, what's the point if I'm not exercising to go along with it?

I mucked up my recovery by jogging (very briefly!) and now I know I

better not do ANYTHING for several days. After that, i want to get

back on track, but slowly.

I still have a goal - modified - of a bikini body for June, so I

better make sure that i stay on track once I start again. i'll want

some support and will hang out more here. Grr. never any time!

This is the first time in the past week that I've found the time in

the evening to surf!

Anyhow, I was thinking that I really ought to PLAN things out to get

back on track.. PLAN the days' eating, PLAN what I'll be exercising

(even if it's walking for 20 minutes - treadmill or otherwise) and

stick to it!

I just wanted to get that off my back.

P.s. Got engaged last night... life is grand!

Congratulations on the engagement, and give your self plenty of

recovery time, but remember that nutrition is 80% of fat loss so don't

let yourself staff off healthy food for too long.

Yes, plan plan plan plan plan. That is the only way I've been staying

on plan with my schedule the way it is.

Congratulations again!

late reply.. sheesh on my part.. busy busy busy...

thanks for the well wishes; I've decided to start another challenge

beginning this weekend, but I'm going to eat healthy until then and

exercise what I can. I started back today with the exercising; we'll

see how I feel.
