Guest guest
Well, I've been eating the BFL way for the last month and a half, or there about. I've done some working out, though I'm not yet fully on schedule with that (have I mentioned that I'm in college?...)but I'm working on it, and I've already improved my speed on the treadmill. I feel pretty good, and totally in controle of my eating, which is not something I can always say. Those are really the successes of my plan so far. I have had trouble in the past keeping to the eating plan because I am so busy it is hard to fit it all in, hard to have it ready when I need it. It turns out that a failure to plan really was the reason I was failing. Now that I make my food up on Sunday I have no trouble at all not going off plan during the week, and each week my free day has gotten more and more conservative as I realize I dont really WANT a box of girl scout cookies. The numbers are doing okay too. I've lost at least 9 pounds (I've not weighed in a week, and will probalby not do so this week either...it being " that " week, I don't want to freak out when the number is up temporarily.) I put a hole in my last pair of size 18 jeans this week-end, so I was forced to turn to the pants hanging in my closet...the 16s...Now, one of my short term goals was to be able to wear those by the end of February. I was not sure I was there. THEY FIT!!...well, a liitle tight, but over all okay. So, things are going well. I am not doing an official challange as yet, but am thinking about starting one in April.
