Guest guest
This morning I tried out one of my new yoga DVD's called Yoga For Your Mood. I have mixed opinions about this one. There is a voice over for the routines and at times, her voice doesn't match what the girl is doing, or the voice will be a little ahead or behind. She does beginner and advanced routines. The routines are broken up into several workouts and she has each workout named. I went with the advanced "Couch Potato" routine. This was 25 minutes not including the relaxation at the end (which I never do) Also, she didn't do any stretching at the end, just the relaxation. The girls movements are at times really fast, so when she says to go to up dog and into the pushup, there are times I don't 'have time to get the pushup in because she is already back in down dog again lol This was of course my first time doing the workouts so I won't say I dislike it just quite yet. Rainy day here today! Hope you all have sunshine. I hope you all have good days todaySee what's free at AOL.com.
