Eat: Clean 40/40/20 or 30/50/20 if my goal is gain muscle, but not loose weight (p/c/f). Now, how important is it that EACH meal stick to that ratio? I haven't been good about it on a meal per meal basis, but I am at that ratio at the end of the day, everyday. One tablespoon of Udo's Betagen 1 serving a day for the first 30 days; then only on lifting days. When do I come off? After the challenge is done? Exercise: Upper, Cardio,lower, Cardio, upper body weight lifting 12/10/8/6/12/12 Now...I know, weight lifting before cardio. Cardio on an empty stomach. I get lost after that ...eat before weight training? After? What's the scoop? My goal is to gain muscle and lower my body fat only by 2%. I want to see my 6 pack! Am I missing something.
