Guest guest
This morning I did chest/triceps/glutes. This was another good one. Here is what I did: Power Hour- bar bell chest press- 25 lb- 1 set Maximum Intensity Strength- bar bell chest press- 2 set- 25 lb Triceps dips- 2 sets Muscle Max- pull overs- 3 sets- 25 lbs (these hurt and I was mostly feeling it in my triceps) Power Hour- Kick backs- 1 set- 8 lbs Maximum Intensity Strength- Kick backs- 2 sets- 8 lb Dumb bell fly's- 17's- 2 sets Muscle Max- dumb bell fly's- 15 lb- 1 set Power Hour- lying triceps extensions- 25 lbs- 1 set- 20 lb- 1 set Maximum Intensity Strength- lying triceps extensions- 20 lb- 1 set Butts & Gutts- Glute Squeese- 2 lb ankle weights- 2 sets I really liked the combination of these exercises. The first round of chest and triceps, I was thinking "this isn't all that hard" but then when I worked them again, I changed my thoughts on that lol Got a great workout in under 45 minutes. I hope you all have good days todaySee what's free at AOL.com.
