Guest guest Posted February 23, 2006 Report Share Posted February 23, 2006 I am nearing the end of week 8. I want to finish the last for weeks very strong but i have a though/question. Is it possible that I need to eat a bit more? I have been averaging around 1200-1300 a day. I am very near my target (?) weight and I have a sneeking suspition that I am shutting down between my cheat days. I read some where that one sign of matabolism shut down is not going potty like normal. Well I'm here to tell you... I do not think twice a week is normal. When I had the worst diet in the world - I was a daily goer. I go and get healthy and it slowed way down. I am the most heathy and fit of my life and I only go with the help of laxatives or the day after a cheat day. SO I was thinking maybe I need more food...but I don't want to screw up my last four weeks, but I also don't want to stall for my last for weeks either....UGH!!! Help!!! I was thinking of going up to 1500 a day to see what happened. Do you think that is too much? I am 113 and 5 feet tall. I life hard 3 days a week, I do great cardio 3 days a week. WOrk ful time and go to school one day a week...could I be not eating enough. Also other things I have noticed...sine like week 6.5 I have been getting more and more tired..Can't get up as easily in the morning. I was doing my cardio b4 work...the last few times its been after work because as much as I would like I can't get up that 35 minutes early to hit the treadmill. That is also a sign of not eating enough isn't it? Now I sound like I am trying to convince myself and you that I am not eating enough...lol I need input please!!!
