Guest guest
I was just wondering - in the EFL book under the breakfast section Bill often states to use 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites to create - say - an omelet. My question for you is, if you use egg beaters how much would that be? OR - should I just stick to using egg egg's for making omelets? Thank you!! Guest guest
You'd probably want to use about 1 cup of Egg Beaters as a serving. 1 whole egg plus 3 whites = 125 cals, 18g protein 1 cup Egg Beaters = 120 cals, 24g protein On 2/28/06, Charlotte <body4life4char@...> wrote: > I was just wondering - in the EFL book under the breakfast section Bill often states to use 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites to create - say - an omelet.
