Wednesday evening- Cardio Mish Mosh

This evening I did yet another cardio mish mosh. This was one was really fun.

This is what I did:

Imax 3- warm up

Low Max- blasts 1 & 2

Imax 3- blasts 1 & 3

Low Max- blasts 3 & 4

Imax 3- blasts 5 & 7

Low Max- blasts 5

Imax 3- blast 10 & cool down

LOVED it!! I burned 407 calories too.

Off to watch the Idol results show! Have a nice evening!!
