This is what I did: Imax 3- warm up Low Max- blasts 1 & 2 Imax 3- blasts 1 & 3 Low Max- blasts 3 & 4 Imax 3- blasts 5 & 7 Low Max- blasts 5 Imax 3- blast 10 & cool down LOVED it!!
