YIKES!!!! $200 is alot for the bar, i think it comes with SOME workouts too. it looked like a good program to to say that pilates is not effective b/c it only isolates certain muscles with each exercise is absurb. maybe i like it that way LOL. but their program did make sense when they ran through saying the way you use your body when you do it, it does use all the muscles at once, but for $200 i will do more pilates before i get this thing LOL. if i am going to spend $200 on something it will be P90X or towards a smith cage for my barbells. kassiaDonna M-P <donna112520@...> wrote: Hi Kassia!Well, I was wrong about the cost - I went to theirwebsite and it is around $200! UGH~ That probablywon't be happening anytime soon unless I can reign inmy other fitness related expenditures.

I didn't seethe whole infomercial, just a snippet, but I agreeabout "knocking" other methods. Just say what yourmethod does!

I'm with you two, the cost has kept me from giving it a try, that and in my small apartment there is no room for a bar :)
