Guest guest
- WHen I started, I only played with the incline - raising it to make it more difficult (I hate running/jogging) Then I started increasing the speed. Then I had to decrease the incline, and I kept the speed up. Now I'm thinking of decreasing the speed, and increasing the incline They're all good - just keep changing it around to stay interested. Do what works for you - ie, if you hate running, then increase the incline and decrease the speed. n At 11:13 AM 2/28/2006, you wrote: >I started my 2nd week yesterday and doing good so far.
