HI there,

I'm a bit worried, YES I've lost weight (only 4pounds and 2% bodyfat)

but I think that is good... no freakout for me, BUT what worries me is

that I've certainly lost bodyfat, but haven't gained any muscle

according to the figures... I don't moan a bout the fat loss, but I

realy do want to gain muscle...or else i can just as well go on Atkins.

Is this unreasonalbe?? How long does it take to gain muscle?

Anyhow, why have I lost weight already when so many people have a

4week freakout and only loose after that?

I'm just confused...
