Guest guest
Help! I'm being overtaken by 3-ring binders. I have a binder for each Challenge I've done, and am up to 12 now. It's insane. I've decided that this will be my last " challenge " and must force make the leap to " just living this way. " While that's all fine and good with the nutrition side of things, I really need to track my workouts (the actual exercise, reps, weight, mx group, circuit, routine cycle, etc.). Anyone have any good recommendations for exercise software? DeDe
Guest guest
Scan all of those documents and save them all as pdf's. Then, use the excel worksheets to track your progress. I think they're all in the file section. Paperless is the only way to go. I do like the handwrite my nutrition diary, but then I'll scan it and save it for another day. > > Help!
