transfirmer so i just use a regular step and that is fine (just not on an incline, which i dont care about anyway). the lead is stephanie huckabee and i thought that she cued very well! alison davis does beginner mods, allie and pam are also backgrounders. there was some good music here and there... i particularly noticed a fun funky song during one of the step circuits. this workout is designed for a bit heavier weights, which is a nice change from all of the hi-rep endurance workouts that i have. stephanie cues to pick up light/med/heavy weights for each exercise, which is helpful.it looks like i like these jiggle free workouts! i just rent them, but if i see them cheap i will know to buy them. ive now done both 'JF abs' (with allie) and 'JF arms' (this one with stephanie)... still need to get 'JF buns' (with pam) so im off to check the rental place.tomorrow i will be on the elliptical, doing the

audio workout that came with debbie rocker's 'walk sculpt and tone' dvd. i expect it to be a good workout, however i hope that debbie doesnt talk too much :/ after that, i want to do a stott pilates session (either 45 min level 2 'firm & fit' or 37 min level 3 'core challenge'... i cant decide which!):*carolyn.
