Guest guest Posted March 3, 2007 Report Share Posted March 3, 2007 Hi , Yea, I think I'll do them back to back - I think this is what i've done in the past - basically alternating long/short ones: v1 v6 v2 v4 v3 v5 Then, the following week I'll do the parts workouts. Then, I don't know what to do! I was thinking of doing a rotation with the TLTs and some FIRMs - one was posted awhile ago that combined them. I'll see if I can re-post it here.
