Hi ,

Super Sculpt is all toning - so no aerobics, although

your HR will climb during some of the weight work

since it is fast paced - in particular the leg work.

I haven't used my BOSU too much - which is why I'm

eager to pull it out. It works for step if you do it

with a slower paced step routine. The FIRM step

routines are all pretty basic so I think they work

well with the BOSU, also b/c FIRM step routines are

done with a shorter/smaller step they are more

adaptable to the BOSU. I plan to use the BOSU for

strength training by standing on it for upper body,

using it as a prop for lunges and dips (for example,

lunge with front leg to the BOSU instead of the FIRM

box...or stand on the BOSU and do dips off it...if

that makes sense). I figure I'll have to lighten up

weights to do this with proper form since there will

be the balance element. I think I have really good

balance in general -b/c I really feel pretty

comfortable with the BOSU even though I just got it

and haven't used it much. It must be all the

one-legged stuff I force myself to do! LOL!

Take care!
