Is that statement in conflict with what you have written above? Or am I making an error in assuming that a position of enhanced knee stability is also one in which there is less stress on the knee ligaments? [While a small tendency to produce some valgus is quite natural here, any excessive inward tilting or rotation of the knees indeed can pose increased risks for the menisci and ligaments of the knee.
