There is just one thing I absolutely despise about this workout and its all those leg presses. She does a set of 16 on each leg for each cycle (there are 6 cycles) and on the 6th cycle she does 2 sets per side. I have to admit, I cannot lie... I didn't do any of the leg presses. I did calve raises using the riser from the high step. For the first leg of the leg presses I did my calves raises fast and then second leg I did them slower. I got an excellent burn so I am happy with that. I don't care if I am cheating. I burned 390 calories and was in my zone 46 minutes of the 60 minute workout. The cardio cycles get your heart rate up there and they are also short, which I like. I'm enjoying doing all these circuit workouts this week.
